Tim White grew up in High Point, North Carolina. He graduated from North Carolina State University with degrees in Business and Economics in the late 1980's. After graduation Tim entered the work world as a sales manager for one of the largest privately held industrial companies in the United States and had a successful career in business for over 12 years. During his tenure he was ranked #1 in his sales team for 3 of those 12 years. Tim has also
consulted with other start-up firms to build their sales base.

Tim eventually decided to change careers and life focus. He earned his MA in Professional Counseling from Liberty University and is now a licensed professional counselor with the state of North Carolina. Tim created, developed and supervised a non-profit Christian counseling ministry for Green Street Baptist Church in High Point, North Carolina. In addition to individual, pre-marital, and marital counseling, he was responsible for creating, developing and implementing 8 different issue-specific counseling groups, including those to assist people to conquer problems such as: separation and divorce, grief, sexual abuse and trauma, sexual addiction.

Tim left the non-profit sector to open Clarity Life Development, LLC in 2008.

Tim resides in High Point, NC with his wife, two children, and two dogs (a Weimaraner and Viszla). Along with counseling and coaching, Tim also teaches psychology with the faculty at Davidson and Davie County Community Colleges. Tim enjoys spending time with his family, friends, and faith. In his free time he enjoys reading, backpacking, hiking, and snow skiing.
